Ms. Dikenelli graduated from University of Toledo Faculty of Business Administration with a Marketing major in 1986. She is a cerified massage therapist.

After completing her research on healing and energy in Switzerland, she obtained certificates for Craniosacral Therapy, Advanced Craniosacral Therapy, Somatomotional Release, and Zero Balancing at Upledger Institute in Florida. She continues her work in Turkey since 2001.
Ms. Dikenelli is a registered gold member of International Association of Healthcare Practitioners.
